What a lovely day here in Connecticut! After what seemed to be a week of rain, the sun is shining! The birds are chirping! Flowers are budding and blooming!

I took a short stroll around our property this afternoon, and could not help but admire the beauty of daffodils ~ these soft yellow and creamy white flowers would look fabulous in our green Artichoke Tulipiere!

We seem to have an abundance of Robins this year ~ I think we counted 15 outside our window one day... I wonder if there's a nest in here?
Robins are the state bird, and the inspiration behind our Nesting Bath Collection~

Forsythia is one of my favorite flowers; as a child I had several bushes lining my yard - I have very fond memories of my mother creating beautiful arrangements with them. Perhaps I'll take some cuttings and arrange them in our Scholar's Vase.... the bright yellow against the white porcelain with the soft greens and browns will look fabulous! So fresh!

Happy Spring Everyone! Hope you enjoy your holiday! ~ERB
